Yesterday I had one of those magical things happen that leave me a little breathless about the power of our minds and our connection to the collective whole of the universe.
I woke up in the dark and knew it was well before dawn. I almost just turned over and cuddled back under the covers, but I had a nudge to look at the clock. It was 3:47 AM. So I popped right out of bed and grabbed my phone, and headed to the living room, where I immediately tuned into the live stream broadcast of the Winter Solstice Sunrise event at Newgrange in Ireland.
I wanted to tune in to watch the sunrise shine through this sacred 5,000-year-old passage tomb, but when I learned it would be happening in the middle of the night in my time zone, I didn't bother to set an alarm.
But something woke me up anyway. And that kind of thing happens to me more and more these days.
I have been circling with groups of women for more than 10 years, and I have been dedicated daily to the sacred feminine path I am on for more than two years now. And the more I show up for the magic, the more the magic shows up for me.
So as I write this on the Winter Solstice, on the day of the Grand Conjunction, and the day of the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, I want to say to you, dear friend: Magic is real. It is in the details of our lives. It is in the way we are connected, to each other, to the earth, the moon, the stars, and our own sacred selves.
Truly, we only need to tune into the vibration by showing up for our divinity and watch the magic unfurl.
Is it easy? Nope. Sometimes it is a fucking mess. But it's still beautiful.
