Sacred Soulstice Sunday- Sisterhood Circle & Restorative Yoga

Join Juli & Anjali from 10:30 am-12:00 pm for a soulful morning sisterhood circle of meditation, journaling, and sharing as we prepare to embrace the beauty of the solstice and set intentions for our deep self-care for the coming winter months. Invite your sisters, daughters, mothers, and friends for this beautiful Solstice morning circle.

Then fully embrace the darkness from 2:30-4 PM as Anjali leads us in a deep restorative yoga practice as we enter the darkest night of the year and prepare to welcome the light.

You are welcome to join us for either session or for both.  If you'd like to attend both sessions, choose the Combo ticket for a discounted price.

If you sign up for both the morning and the afternoon sessions, we encourage you to consider setting aside the full Solstice Sunday as a mini-retreat dedicated to your deep self-care.    The time of 10:30-4:00 pm includes the morning circle, afternoon restorative yoga, and a break in between from 12-2:30 pm.  Use this time to enjoy a nourishing lunch, get outside in nature, do some journaling, or take a nap!
